How do I get started? Call me and have me answer any questions that you may have. Then, when I receive your check, I will FedEx my manual to you. In the U.S., you will have it the next day. Read it at your leisure and when ready, ask me to start your ten-day instructional fax. The ten-day fax usually starts on the first and third Monday of the month, and ends on a Friday.
